Cuvée Acidalia 2012

This made from two barrels of Morehouse Road Cabernet Franc and one of Elizabeth’s Vineyard merlot. All barrels are old, neutral oak.

The Cabernet Franc was very ripe in 2012 so Andrew added the Merlot to balance it out. After a long, natural fermentation, it was blended and bottled without fining or filtration.
