Le Brin de Chevre 2014

Menu Pineau is Pineau de la Loire’s cousin and ripens late. You’ll find this vintage of the Puzelat Brothers’ Le Brin de Chevre to have just the right mix of lemon zest, white flowers, salinity, and minerality.

The wine comes from 70- to 80-year-old vines planted in clay, flint, and gravel, and it’s aged for a year in neutral demi-muids and Burgundy barrels.
