If you’re a Chenin fanatic, you must check out Les Gruches. It comes from a tiny parcel of just half a hectare from 80-year-old vines planted in a type of limestone called tuffeau. Natural Chenin from tuffeau is our jam. Aged in old barriques for between 5 and 24 months, depending on the vintage, it’s lively and crunchy in its youth, over time the aromas deepen and it becomes more rounded on the palate.
