A delicate Cinsault imade from the oldest Cinsault vines, planted in the 1950s, in St.-Julien in limestone and marl. About half of the grapes are destemmed before a six-day maceration and then pressed into concrete tank for fermentation and élevage. No SO2 is added at any time.
