About the wine

Back-Vintage!

100% Chardonnay, lightly macerated with the skins. Fermented and aged in used barriques. Blended with a bit of vin de reserve in the spring before tirage and bottling. 42 months on the lees. An ode to Alessandra's favorite aunt.
