100% Riesling hand-harvested from vines grown in granitic, sandy, and stony soils at a southern exposure. Within the Frankstein Cru, this Riesling is more specifically grown at the prized Frauenberg and Pflanzer sites. Grapes are, without crushing, slowly, pneumatically pressed and undergo spontaneous fermentation over the course of 8-10 months in old neutral oak casks. Unfined, unfiltered, little to no additional SO2. 13% ABV
