Gorgeous, age-worthy Etna Red from Anna Martens and Eric Narioo.
Vinification: Sicily. Nerello Mascalese & Alicante, grown in northern Etna. Hand harvested, destemmed, and fermented in the traditional Georgian Qvevri. After fermentation, the Qvevri is left aone and the juice macerates on the skins for two months. The wine is moved to a smaller vessel and it rests for two years. Unfiltered with no added SO2.
