This is a bright, relatively "young-" vine bottling of Gamay from
Olivier Lemasson works nine hectares of vines in the Loire Valley’s Touraine sub-region.
Vinification: 100% Gamay from 40 year-old vines. The grapes are spontaneously fermented whole-cluster (ambient yeasts; no temp. control) and undergo a short, partial carbonic maceration. After a brief élevage, the wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no additional SO2. 13%ABV
