About the wine

From directly-pressed Albariño pomace gorwn in Santa Barbara County California, the winemaker rehydrates the pomace with mineral water and before canning doses the low-ABV Albariño-skin-juice with some grape juice & champagne yeast to prompt a "can-conditioned" secondary fermentation inside the sealed can, resulting in a lightly effervescent beverage upon cracking open. 6.9% ABV
