About the wine

This limited edition cider is spontaneously fermented from 100% New York State cider apples, (Baldwin, Spy and Ida Red) pressed from the heirloom apple growers at DeFischer Farms. The cider ferments in neutral oak barrels here at Honey's in Brooklyn and allowed to naturally bottle condition. No sulphur or filtration used.
