Inspired by Vin ëd Pom, this is a cider assembled from several different seasons of cider and fermented on Marquette skins, a red hybrid varietal related to Pinot Noir. Expect a slight tint of rouge and a rich flirtation of appley aroma, tight, dense mousse and lip smacking acidity. (If you've ever had Dierdre's Flesh and the Bone, a cider masterwork, this is close in style and flavor profile).
