About the wine

This is a pristine blend from equal parts Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault that carries a density of fruit and herb, focused on blueberries, figs, blackcurrant and garrigue. Smooth with thin tannins typical of a vin de soif. Balanced as ever, acidity here sings. From Les Frères Soulier who tend 8 hectares of vines in St. Hilaire-d'Ozilhan, Gard, France.

Vinification: 33% grenache 33% syrah 33% cinsault, semi-carbonic vinification. Vines planted in 1956. 

Region: Languedoc-Roussillon

Soil type: Limestone scree facing north 

Aging: 6 months in barrels, 3 months in bottles
