A blend of 40% of Pinot Noir, 30% of Chardonnay & 30% of Meunier, with 40% of this being reserve wines from a solera. Vines rooted in siliceous and calcareous sand from Chamery, Vrigny and Coulommes-la-Montagne. First fermentation in inox tank and neutral oak barrel, then aged on the lees for 8 months before blending with the reserve wine. Unfined, unfiltered, low sulphur. Aged in bottle for 4 years. 3-4 g/l of dosage.
