This is the beautiful lighter end of Syrah, a juicy and bright expression from 35 year-old organically cultivated vines in France's Rhône Valley. Hand-harvested, 50% destemmed 50% whole-cluster, a short semi-carbonic maceration is followed by some maturation in barrel before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 14.1%ABV
