100% Syrah hand-harvested from 41 year-old biodynamically cultivated vines grown in clay and limestone soils in Cornas, itself within France's Northern Rhône Valley. The grapes are destemmed and are spontaneously fermented with the help of native yeasts in concrete tank where they macerate for 15 days and complete alcoholic & malolactic fermentation before pressing into into concrete tank.
