A flirty, yeasty and dangerously easy to drink pétillant naturel of Savagnin. Philippe rarely makes pét-nat due to the low yields of his vines, so it's an absolute delight to share this rare treat. Ça va bien, indeed.

Philippe Bornard is one of the most beloved producers of Jura's popular resurgence, making playful and vibrant wines with a beautiful capacity to age. Philippe's son Tony has recently taken over and is bringing a little Lady Gaga to his father's Madonna: zero addition wines that are simultaneously radical and reverential.
