Roussillon, France. Grenache Blanc, Macabeu & Vermentino. Direct-pressed Macabeu and Grenache are co-fermented in stainless steel. Another stainless steel tank is filled with whole bunch Grenache and Vermentino, macerated with the skins for 2 weeks, and finally pressed & blended with the direct pressed juice. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no SO2.
