About the wine

100% Muscat from vines rooted in alluvial and gravel soils 165 meters above sea level. The grapes are hand-harvested and mostly directly pressed, with a small destemmed portion remaining whole throughout fermentation. After fermentation with wild yeasts in stainless steel, the wine rests for 5 months in tank. Unfined, unfiltered.
