Langhorne Creek, South Australia. Tempranillo and Montepulciano. The grapes are direct pressed separately, the first into French oak and the latter into stainless steel, and both ferment with wild yeasts. After a month of battonage for the Montepulciano, both wines age separately in tank and are finally blended and bottled without fining or filtering. Touch of SO2 added at bottling.
