Field Blend of Zinfandel, Sangiovese, Petite Sirah, Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, Charbono, Grenache, Cab Sauv/Franc and Corvina. Fermented with wild yeasts and macerated for 2 weeks with the skins. Aged in old barrels and bottled unfined, unfiltered with a touch of SO2.
