About the wine

90% Cinsault, 10% Greanache. Hand-harvested, and grapes ferment in whole clusters in separate tanks. Blended and bottles with zero SO2.  In winemaker Anthony Tortul's own words: "The aim is to stick to the terroir,” said Anthony, “For me, natural means nothing added. If there are additives, you cannot say that the wine is natural…I  would prefer to stop making wines than put anything in my wines.” This is the juice.
