Riesling and Sylvaner. The Riesling comes from the 2016 and 2017 vintages and was blended in 2018 with the fresh juice of skin-macerated Sylvaner. Elevage occurs in fiberglass tanks on the lees, and the finished wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no SO2. Expect a slight fizz.
