Veneto, Italy. 100% Verduzzo Trevigiano. After a short maceration in stainless steel tanks, the wine is fermented with wild yeasts and aged in demi-muids. Secondary fermentation occurs in bottle with must from the same vintage. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2, undisgorged.
