Part of the Loire's original Natural Wine Vanguard, Thierry started winemaking along the likes of Eric Nicolas and Jean-Pierre Robinot, whilst teaching at the Lycée Viticole in Amboise.
Jasnières, Loire. 100% Chenin, direct pressed and aged for two years sous voile. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
