About the wine

Chardonnay from 40-year-old vines, planted on the clay-limestone terroir of Les Trouillots. Organic farming, from a certified estate. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by direct pressing, transfer to 228-litre barrels for fermentation and maturation. Full malolactic fermentation and three years of aging.
