A new cuvée from Emeline & Sebastien from their new plot of Grolleau Noir. It undergoes a ten day carbonic maceration, and is aged in a vat for six months.
This juicy, light red, infused with Saumur-Champigny magic, and spices and berries, goes down the throat too easily. You definitely want to have multiple bottles around, and castle temperature it.
