The Chardonnay and Neuberger are cofermented; Grüner and Riesling are vinified on\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"moreText\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003etheir own; everything is fermented in neutral French oak barrels and aged on full lees for ten months, then blended together. Unfined, unfiltered, with 20mg\/l SO2 added just before bottling.
