From biodynamically farmed vines in Anjou. Grapes are hand-harvested in mid-October, directly pressed to vat for spontaneous fermentation. Transferred to semi-buried amphora for 18 months' élevage thereafter. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
