About the wine

Mostly Muscat Bailey A with a touch of Bailey Alicante (Muscat Bailey A. is a hybrid of Muscat Hamburg (Vitis Vinifera) and Bailey (Vitis Labrusca)). After a careful sorting process, the grapes were destemmed and fermented in an open top stainless steel tank with wild yeasts. After a series of punchdowns, the wine was pressed into barrels and aged for 8 months. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
