Mag! Mostly Fer Servadou with a bit of Gamay and Jurancon. Grapes were hand-harvested, direct pressed in an old Burgundian vertical press, then fermented and matured in old barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered with a tiny amount of SO2.
