About the wine

Roussillon, France. A zesty, spicy blend of Muscat d’Alexandrie & Muscat Petit Grains. The Petit Grains is directly pressed into fiberglass while the Alexandrie macerated with the skins for 15 days, followed by blending, cofermenting with wild yeasts and aging in fiberglass. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
