Uyen and Florent, a tandem vigneron, work tirelessly to protect the entire ecosystem that their grapes are a part of. This includes the crown of trees surrounding the property, the oak and acacia groves, the natural meadows that connect each parcel, and the hops, cereals, and aromatic and medicinal plants they cultivate, such as holy basil, chamomile, comfrey, tansy, and Persian clover. Their main focus is preserving biodiversity and avoiding the monoculture of grapevines. The result of their efforts is a wine that combines the best qualities of Bordeaux and the Loire: elegance upon tasting and a refreshing finish.
