The Details

Palomino (95%), garnacha tintorera. Destemmed & pressed. Aging in used French oak and chestnut barrels for 4-5 months. Claret-style wine. Dark pink the glass. Touch of VA. Fleshy, tart berried fruit and lots of acidity.
