100% Chenin Blanc from old and new vines planted on the slopes near the Selves River. Direct pressed into an old Burgundian vertical press, then fermented and aged in barrels that have seen several vintages. Bottled at the estate in June 2020. Unfined, unfiltered, a touch of SO2.
