About the wine

A pink 'vino frizzante' made from 100% Raboso, one of the most acidic red varieties on earth. Two separate fermentations: the first occurring naturally with a short maceration on skin. Then a long rest in cement stainless steel and re-fermentation in bottle by adding some first pressing must back to the base wine. Lively pink & savory.
