A former scientist turned purist natural winemaker, Jean-Yves Péron is genius with macérated whites, elevating the native varieties of the Savoie to heavenly levels. This cuvée is 100% Jacquère, with a long maceration that brings out the spice and jasmine of the varietal, as well as its more exotic tinge. Finely tannic and sublime.
