James Erskine (owner/winemaker) and Fiona Wood (farmer) craft head-wobbling delights of nearly absurd beauty that wander from precision to panorama and back again. 80 year-old vines grown in Clarendon and McLaren Vale; vinification happens in Lenswood, Adelaide Hills.
Shiraz and Grenache. Grapes were hand-harvested and fermented in whole bunches with wild yeasts. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2. Juicy and light. Serve with a chill. Drink with a burger.
