100% Negroamaro from vines grown in the clay and limestone soils of the Terra della Gravine, a distinctly Mediterranean (climate-wise) area of Puglia that stretches into a regional park just upland from the Gulf of Taranto in southwestern Puglia.
Destemmed, followed by 20 hours of maceration prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation continues and finished in stainless steel tank prior to bottling. Unfined, unfiltered.
