About the wine

Hungary. 100% Tramini, aka Traminer. Grapes are hand-harvested from a vineyard site planted primarily on limestone and volcanic basalt soils. The fruit is destemmed and fermented in stainless steel with wild yeasts on the skins for 7 days. Unfined,unfiltered, no SO2. Undisgorged.
