About the wine

Zweigelt, Blauer Wildbacher and Blaufränkisch.  Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and pressed. Fermented in wooden casks with wild yeasts. The wine then spends about 20 months aging in neutral wood and is bottled unfined, unfiltered with no SO2.
