About the wine

Rare, rare, rare! Alessandra's experimental oxidative solera-born stunner.

100% organically cultivated Chardonnay from 18 year-old vines planted in clay/limestone soils of Lombardy's Gussago. This solera bottling is a result of a system composed of the 2014-2018 vintages. Spontaneous fermentation in neutral barrique, the wine is aged for a minimum 45 months sur lie after being bottled post tirage in 2019. Zero dosage. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
