Síria, Fernão Pires, Bical, Arinto, Cerceal, from 50-120 year old vines co-planted on granite. Grapes are directly pressed, with spontaneous fermentation and 10 months aging in both barrel and stainless steel. No fining or filtration, minimal SO2 at bottling. A profoundly deep wine, with a nose of fennel, ginger and wet granite. The palate, is tense, with perfectly ripe aprioct flesh paired against crystalline salinity. Drink with pretty much anything.
