The Details
100% Chenin from a tiny parcel on the Montrieux estate. Always miniscule quantities, always quite good. In Ariane's opinion, 2020 was the best vintage she's ever made of this wine. Deep Chenin with texture that retains diamond-cutter like acid. Special white, in decant territory.
Grapes are directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age in tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal SO2 at bottling. 14%ABV
