Vinifcation: Pet nat. 100% organic Malvasia from vines grown on calcareous soils in Emilia-Romagna. Grapes are handpicked, destemmed and crushed into stainless steel. Ten days of skin contact. Bottled before fermentation completes. Disgorged. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.

Tasting: Bright orange in color. Citrus zest and dried apricot on the nose. Bitter orange peel on the palate with just a hint of RS that amplifies notes of citrus fruits and macintosh apples.
