Micro-négoce Laetitia Castaingt purchases the fruit from a co-planted, 101 year-old vineyard and produces this pitch-perfect, old-school vin de soif. Pineau d'Aunis/Grolleau/Côt/Cabernet Franc/Gamay teinturier. Hand-harvested, carbonically macerated / spontaneously fermented for 3 weeks before pressing. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 10%ABV
