100% old-vine Moscatel de Alejandría organically farmed in Yumbel, Bio Bio Valley, Southern Chile. Grapes are hand-harvested at varying degrees of ripeness (30% is allowed to rot on the vine to concentrate the sugars). Maceration of 2 months prior to pressing in open top concrete vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13% ABV
