The Details
An embrace of the estate's Mar y Montaña philosophy (sea and mountain) with old-vine, own-rooted (100+ year-old) Moscatel near the sea blended with Malvasía biodynamically cultivated on pink marl close to the winery in Villena. Both destemmed and macerate separately: Moscatel for 3-4 weeks on the skins, Malvasía for 1 week. Blended and aged in tank for 8 months before bottling unfined, coarsely filtered, minimal (<25ppm) added SO2.
