The Details

Mainly Chardonnay with some Menu Pineau, Pinot Noir, and Cab. Franc from organically cultivated vines ranging in age from 15-80 years-old planted in clay, limestone, gravel soils in Mont-Près-Chambord of the Loire Valley's Cheverny sub-region. Fermented and re-fermented according to Méthode Champenoise (zero dosage). Rested on the lees for a whopping 6 years prior to disgorgement and bottling.
