The Details

“Guardian spirit of a field/farm” this is a new cuvée from Benoît planted to a variety of hybrid grapes -- Souvignier Gris/Sauvignac/Cabernet Blanc/Sauvignons Soyheres/Rayon d'Or/Pinotin --  that he is growing, the resultant wine is white and fresh and quite literally one of a kind – hybrid wine in the Saone. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
