Majority Fer Servadou, along with a host of other varieties like Gamay, Jurançon Noir, Cab Franc, Négret de Banhars, Mouyssagues, & Negrette. The grapes are directly pressed and mature for a short period in tank prior to being bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 13%ABV
